Welcome to NK Adventure. By booking or participating in any tour, trek, expedition, camp, or service provided by NK Adventure, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by NK Adventure.
A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
Details shared at the time of booking must be accurate and complete.
2. Payments & Pricing
Tour prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Any increase in transportation, fuel, accommodation, or government charges may be passed on to the client.
Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the trip, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation charges depend on the nature of the trip and time of cancellation.
Advance payments are generally non-refundable.
In case NK Adventure cancels a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety, government restrictions), an alternative date or plan may be offered.
No refunds will be provided for unused services or early departure from a trip.
4. Health, Fitness & Responsibility
Participants must ensure they are medically and physically fit for the chosen activity.
Any pre-existing medical condition must be disclosed at the time of booking.
NK Adventure is not responsible for issues arising from undisclosed medical conditions.
5. Safety & Conduct
Participants must strictly follow instructions given by trek leaders, guides, and instructors.
Unsafe behavior, indiscipline, or violation of rules may result in removal from the activity without any refund.
Safety equipment provided must be used properly at all times.
6. Risk & Liability
Adventure activities involve inherent risks such as injury, illness, weather conditions, or terrain challenges.
Participants join activities at their own risk.
NK Adventure shall not be held liable for accidents, injuries, loss of belongings, delays, or force majeure events.
7. Accommodation & Transport
Accommodation and transport are arranged based on availability and may be subject to change.
NK Adventure is not responsible for service issues caused by third-party providers such as hotels or transport operators.
8. Weather & Natural Conditions
Weather conditions in mountainous and outdoor regions can be unpredictable.
Itineraries may be modified or cancelled for safety reasons without prior notice.
No compensation shall be claimed for changes caused due to weather or natural conditions.
9. Photography & Media Usage
NK Adventure reserves the right to use photographs and videos taken during trips for promotional and marketing purposes.
Participants who do not wish to be featured must inform NK Adventure in advance.
10. Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
NK Adventure is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
11. Special Conditions for School & Group Trips
Schools and group leaders are responsible for student discipline and consent.
Written permission from parents/guardians is mandatory for minors.
The group coordinator must ensure compliance with all guidelines shared by NK Adventure.
12. Amendments
NK Adventure reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Updated terms will be effective immediately upon publication on the website.
13. Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Sirsa Only.
