Who Can Participate

  • Age Requirement:
    • Minimum 16 years
  • First-timers are welcome, though prior trekking experience is preferred. Good fitness is a must.
  • Fitness Criteria:
    • The Trekker should have sufficient stamina to cover 5 km of distance in 30 minutes without stress or 10 km of distance by jogging in 70 minutes without stress.
    • If the trekker prefers cycling he/ she should be able to cycle 20 km of distance in 55 minutes.
  • If the trekker wants to carry a backpack then he/she should be able to carry a 10-12 kg backpack. If opt Off-load option then the Trekker should be able to carry 3-5 kg backpack.
  • If a trekker’s BMI is more or less than the normal range (18-26), please consult our Trek Coordinator before booking.

Day-1: Arrival Kathmandu

  • Altitude (Kathmandu): 1,400 m/ 4,600 ft

Day-2: Kathmandu to Besisahar and drive by jeep to Dharapani

  • Altitude (Dharapani): 1,860 m/ 6,100ft.
  • Drive Distance: 200km | 10-11 hrs

Day-3: Dharapani to Chame

  • Altitude (Chame): 2,650 m/ 8,600 ft
  • Trek Distance: 18km | 8-9 hrs

Day-4: Chame to Pisang

  • Altitude (Pisang): 3,300 m/ 10,900 ft
  • Trek Distance: 15 km | 7-8 hrs

Day-5: Pisang to Manang

  • Altitude (Manang): 3,520 m/ 11,500 ft
  • Trek Distance: 21-22km | 10-11 hrs

Day-6: Acclimatization Day at Manang

Take a day’s break from trekking in Manang to acclimatise to the altitude. Explore the local area of Ganggapurna Glacier and Ganggapurna Lake. Be Comfortable adjusting in the high altitude Climate. Stay in Manang overnight at a tea house.

Day-7: Trek from Manang to Sirikharka

Day-8: Trek from Sirikharka to Tilicho Base Camp

Day-10: Trek from Sirikharka to Yak Kharka

Day-11: Yak Kharka to Thorongphedi or High Camp

Day-12: Thorongphedi to Muktinath Via Thorong pass

Day-13: Muktinath to Jomsom via Lubra village

Day-14: Fly back to Pokhara- Kathmandu ( Connecting flight)

After breakfast, we fly from Jomsom to Pokhara then take a connecting flight to Kathmandu. At Kathmandu, you will be transferred to your hotel. You can relax in the afternoon or you can go sightseeing.

Day-15: Departure Day

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

Arrive in Kathmandu, Nepal’s vibrant capital. After airport pickup, transfer to your hotel and attend a trek briefing in the evening.

You may explore the lively streets, ancient temples, and markets while preparing for your Annapurna Circuit adventure with NK Adventure.

Day 2: Drive to Besisahar & Jeep to Dharapani

  • Altitude: 1,860 m
  • Drive Distance: 200 km | 10–11 hrs

Drive through scenic hills to Besisahar, then continue by jeep to Dharapani. The route passes rivers, terraced farms, and traditional villages.

Day 3: Dharapani to Chame

  • Altitude: 2,650 m
  • Trek Distance: 18 km | 8–9 hrs

Trek along the Marsyangdi River to Chame, enjoying waterfalls, pine forests, and prayer-flag-lined villages.

Day 4: Chame to Pisang

  • Altitude: 3,300 m
  • Trek Distance: 15 km | 7–8 hrs

Walk through dramatic rock faces and suspension bridges with views of Annapurna II before reaching Pisang.

Day 5: Pisang to Manang

  • Altitude: 3,520 m
  • Trek Distance: 21 km | 10–11 hrs

Trek through alpine terrain toward Manang, witnessing a shift from greenery to high-altitude desert landscapes.

Day 6: Acclimatization Day at Manang

A rest and acclimatization day. Explore Gangapurna Glacier and Lake while adjusting to the altitude.

Day 7: Manang to Sirikharka

  • Altitude: 4,060 m
  • Trek Distance: 10 km | 5–6 hrs

Follow scenic trails with stunning Himalayan views, crossing bridges and alpine meadows before reaching Sirikharka.

Day 8: Sirikharka to Tilicho Base Camp

  • Altitude: 4,150 m
  • Trek Distance: 8 km | 5–6 hrs

Trek through dramatic rocky terrain to reach Tilicho Base Camp, surrounded by towering snow peaks.

Day 9: Visit Tilicho Lake & Return

  • Altitude: 4,900 m (Tilicho Lake)
  • Trek Distance: 24 km | 10–11 hrs

Early morning hike to Tilicho Lake, one of the highest lakes in the world. After enjoying the breathtaking scenery, return to Sirikharka.

Day 10: Sirikharka to Yak Kharka

  • Altitude: 4,100 m
  • Trek Distance: 12 km | 7–8 hrs

Trek across high alpine pastures with possible sightings of blue sheep and panoramic Annapurna views.

Day 11: Yak Kharka to Thorong Phedi / High Camp

  • Altitude: 4,500 m
  • Trek Distance: 8 km | 5–6 hrs

Ascend steadily toward the base of Thorong La Pass. Optional climb to High Camp for better acclimatization.

Day 12: Thorong La Pass to Muktinath

  • Altitude: 5,416 m (Pass)
  • Trek Distance: 20 km | 10–11 hrs

Cross Thorong La Pass, the highest point of the trek, and descend to Muktinath.

Day 13: Muktinath to Jomsom

  • Altitude: 2,770 m
  • Trek Distance: 21 km | 10–11 hrs

Trek through Lubra village and along the Kali Gandaki Valley to Jomsom.

Day 14: Fly to Pokhara & Kathmandu

Morning flight to Pokhara followed by a connecting flight to Kathmandu. Rest and relax at your hotel.

Day 15: Departure

Transfer to the airport for departure. We recommend keeping 1–2 buffer days for weather flexibility.

Yes, altitude sickness can occur as the trek reaches high elevations. Proper acclimatization, hydration, and a gradual ascent are essential. Guides monitor health conditions throughout the journey.

You will need an Annapurna Conservation Area Permit (ACAP) and a TIMS (Trekkers’ Information Management System) card. These are usually arranged by the trekking operator.

Essential items include sturdy trekking boots, layered warm clothing, a down jacket, sleeping bag, sunglasses, sunscreen, gloves, and a refillable water bottle. Packing light while preparing for cold conditions is recommended.

Preparation should include cardiovascular training such as hiking, running, or cycling. Strength training for legs and endurance-building exercises will greatly improve trekking performance.

Meals are served at tea houses along the route. Common options include Nepali dal bhat, noodles, soups, pasta, rice dishes, and snacks. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available.

Payment & Cancellation Policy:

When you have firmly decided to undertake the Tour with New Knight Adventure, you will need to book the trip with us. We must allocate enough time to prepare, obtain necessary documents and permits, and book hotels and Transport for the trip.
25% advance during the time of booking for confirmation
50% Amount one month prior of arrival in India
25% Amount to be one week prior of arrival in India

 

Cancellation Policy:

• If the cancellation is made 30 days before the tour starts, 25% of the full payment will be deducted and 75% will be refunded.
• If the cancellation is made 20 days before the tour start, 35% of the full payment will be deducted and 65% will be refunded
• If the cancellation is made 10 days before the tour start, 80% will be deducted and 20% will be refunded.
• No refund is made if the trip is cancelled after the departure for Expedition.
• No refund is made during the running tour.
• The cost of travel permit or any other documentation charges will not be refundable
