Fitness Criteria:
The Trekker should have sufficient stamina to cover 5 km of distance in 30 minutes without stress or 10 km of distance by jogging in 70 minutes without stress.
If the trekker prefers cycling he/ she should be able to cycle 20 km of distance in 55 minutes.
First-time trekkers are welcome, provided they meet the mentioned fitness requirements.
If the trekker wants to carry a backpack then he/she should be able to carry a 10-12 kg backpack. If opt Off-load option then the Trekker should be able to carry 3-5 kg backpack.

Welcome to Leh! Your journey in the Land of High Passes begins today. Upon arrival at Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport, our driver will receive you and transfer you to your hotel.
Leh lies at an altitude of around 11,500 ft, so your first day is reserved for acclimatisation. Rest well and avoid any strenuous activity to allow your body to adjust to the lower oxygen levels.
In the evening you will visit some famous landmarks of Leh:
Leh Palace – A historic 17th century royal palace located on a hill overlooking Leh town. The palace offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and valley.
Shanti Stupa – A white domed Buddhist monument situated on a hilltop. The peaceful surroundings and sunset views from here are truly spectacular.
After sightseeing, return to the hotel for dinner and rest for the night.

Gurudwara Pathar Sahib – A sacred Sikh shrine associated with Guru Nanak Dev Ji. The place is highly revered by visitors and pilgrims.
Magnetic Hill – A fascinating location known for an optical illusion where vehicles appear to move uphill when left in neutral.

Pangong Lake is one of the most beautiful high-altitude lakes in the world. The lake changes colors from turquoise to deep blue depending on sunlight.

Enjoy the evening by the lake before retiring to your camp for the night.
Day 5: Pangong Lake to Leh via Chang La

Next you will explore Shey Palace, an ancient royal residence of the Ladakhi kings.
